How to Achieve a Healthy Eating Plan: Review of Renegade Recipe Guide

There is an endless stream of e-books being created and sold online to cater for the healthy living and weight-loss market. Yet another one out there is Jason Ferruggia's and Michael DeSanti's Renegade Recipe Guide (RRG). I have sampled this e-book and it has some genuinely good recipes which I will cover in this review.

The idea behind RRG is to combine the benefits of a plant based diet to create a healthy eating recipe regime along with a healthy and fit body. The creators' of the product make the point that this guide was designed to help anyone gain optimal health and fitness while not relying on a boring restrictive diet. After all, food should be both healthy and enjoyable otherwise any Renegade Recipe Guide diet quickly becomes tedious and unsustainable.
Many of the recipes are orientated towards vegetarians (but not exclusively so) and all are tasty enough for any carnivore. This is made possible by the great variety of recipes - a total of 134 in all. I also found one of the best things about this e-book is that the recipes are both nutritious and easy to make. None of them are time consuming to prepare and that is helpful in modern day life where time is always in short supply.

An example of just some of the recipes includes the following flavoursome ideas:
Banana berry blast protein shake
Vanilla macadamia cream protein shake
Breakfast burritos
South-western style eggs
Almond butter toast
Breakfast potatoes
Vanilla blueberry high protein oatmeal
Baby bok choy with cashews and ginger
Black bean dip
Mango salsa
Italian spicy potatoes
Chickpeas with wheat germ and tomato

A lot of thought has been put into this product and it certainly covers all sorts of drinks, snacks and main courses from health shakes to casseroles. So far I have tried a number of these recipes and found them all to my liking. Perhaps one of the best things about the e-book is that it provides recipes for vegetables such as sweet potatoes or pumpkin that make these foods genuinely interesting and tasty to eat.
